Return Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of goods; exchange requests within 15 days.

  • Applicable to quality defects, wrong item shipped, or severely damaged packaging.

  • Returned products must include original packaging, accessories, and gifts, and be in resalable condition (except for quality issues).

2. How to Request
Contact our customer service or sales representative with the following information:

  • Order number / Invoice number

  • Product name and quantity

  • Description of the issue (with clear photos or videos)

  • Shipping address and contact details

3. Review & Confirmation
We will review your request within 2 business days and inform you of the decision (approval / need more info / rejection).

4. Return Shipment

  • Once approved, please send the product(s) back to our designated address within 7 days.

  • For returns/exchanges not due to our fault (e.g., wrong choice by customer), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. For quality issues or our error, we will cover the return shipping.

  • Pack the product carefully and include a Return/Exchange Form (with order number, contact person, reason for return).

5. Inspection & Resolution
After receiving the returned product(s), we will complete the quality inspection within 5 business days.

  • If eligible:

    • Return: Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

    • Exchange: Replacement item will be shipped, and a new tracking number will be provided.

  • If not eligible:

    • We will contact you to explain the reason and either return the product to you (shipping at your cost) or you may dispose of it as you wish.

6. Special Notes

  • Custom-made products or bulk custom orders are not returnable/exchangeable unless a quality issue exists.

  • For customer ordering errors (wrong model, color, quantity), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any restocking fees.

  • For promotional or clearance items, the return/exchange policy stated on the promotion page will apply.
